Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to remedy customer problem at info@allearstraining.com

Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full refund within 20 days from contact. Refund for item will be issued upon return of the item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom order harnesses, martingales & modified leashes are exchangeable but not refundable unless it is an error on my part.  Please feel free to contact me if you have questions regarding sizing, style, ect.
